Terms and Conditions of Services and Work
Title of the goods supplied will not pass to the customer until full payment of cleared funds has been made to Locksmith Rugby. Failure to pay the full price stated on the invoice will give Locksmith Rugby the right to void all warranties and to take possession of all the goods and to avail itself of any legal responsibility to its customers.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All warranties supplied are for 6 Months stated on your invoice which must be retained for inspection, your invoice is your warranty and failure to produce your invoice will void all warranties. Failure to comply fully with any of the terms and conditions of sale set out by Locksmith Rugby will void any and all warranties supplied to all customers.
Maintenance and cleaning is not covered by your warranty however customers are required to carry out proper cleaning and maintenance in accordance with local environmental health guide lines and regulations.
All parts covered by the warranty must be strictly ordered through Locksmith Rugby to ensure quality parts are supplied failure to do so will void your warranty.
