These guys are ripping off people. They came to my house and they come up with it 100 excuse to rise up to the price from £49 to £130 and they not open the door for me and they took £49 from us

Thank you so much for such a fast and efficient service. My key wouldn't unlock my door and I was stuck in my flat. Engineer turned up within 45 minutes and had my door open and fitted my lock within 25 minutes of being here. Reasonable price too. My back door wouldn't open this morning when I got up. I called just after 9 and asked for a rough price to fix the door and replace the barrel on the front door. A couple of hours later they arrived, opened the back door, replaced the mechanism, changed the barrel on the front door, charged us a bit less than the quote, and were done and dusted in less than an hour. Highly recommended
